The AGA Charleston Chapter kicked off the holiday season with a meaningful community service event in partnership with the Lowcountry Food Bank. Our members came together to support local families by volunteering on-site and contributing essential holiday food items to help brighten the season for residents across the Charleston area.
Packing Boxes, Spreading Cheer
Chapter volunteers rolled up their sleeves and spent the day packing boxes filled with food and essentials for community members in need. This hands-on effort supported the Food Bank’s holiday distribution efforts and reinforced our chapter’s commitment to service, connection, and giving back to the community we proudly serve.
35 Turkeys Donated, Totaling 401 Pounds
In addition to our time on-site, the chapter purchased and donated 35 turkeys, totaling 401 pounds, to the Lowcountry Food Bank. This amount of turkey will help feed more than 200 people, ensuring that local families can enjoy a warm and comforting holiday meal.
Impact Made Possible by Our Members and Sponsors
We extend a heartfelt thank you to our volunteers who showed up with enthusiasm and compassion, as well as to our members and sponsors whose support empowers us to create these moments of impact. Your involvement allows our chapter to lead with purpose and serve the Lowcountry community in meaningful ways.
